选频放大的高峰值功率飞秒光纤激光系统的研究

摘  要: 为获得更窄脉宽,更高峰值功率的激光输出,基于非线性偏振旋转锁模原理和啁啾脉冲放大技术,利用声光调制器降低重复频率,报道了一种掺镱飞秒光纤激光系统。振荡器内利用光栅和准直器共同作用,实现了输出脉冲的中心波长和光谱宽度同时可调节。系统最终获得了重复频率1MHz,脉宽218fs,平均功率2.2W的脉冲激光输出,峰值功率达10MW,在高精度微加工领域有着很好的应用前景。 In order to obtain a narrow pulse width and higher peak power laser output, a Yb-doped femtosecond fiber laser sys- tem is reported based on nonlinear polarization rotation mode-locking principle and chirped-pulse amplification, using an acous- to-optic modulator to reduce the repetition frequency. Using the grating and collimator in the oscillator, the center wavelength and spectral width of the output pulse can be adjusted simultaneously. The system finally demonstrates a pulsed laser output of 2.2 W average power at a repetition rate of 1 MHz, corresponding to the pulse duration of 218 fs. The peak power is up to 10 MW, which has a good application prospect in the field of high-precision micromachining.
