课堂教学与课外学习对大学生创造力倾向的影响——基于广东九所高校的实证研究
The Influences of Classroom Teaching and Extracurricular Learning on Undergraduates' Creativity Tendency——An Empirical Study Based on 9 Universities in Guangdong

摘  要: 创新型人才的培养是当前高等教育的核心目标。以广东九所高校的1 032名高年级本科生为研究对象,对他们的创造力倾向进行调查,分析探讨大学课堂教学及学生课外学习对其创造力倾向的影响,结果表明:高年级本科生创造力倾向两极分化严重,创造力倾向总体达到优秀的比例仅为1.6%,55%的大学生创造力倾向总体处于一般及以下水平;课堂教学的两个因子中,教学内容对创造力倾向总体及冒险性和挑战性维度具有显著的预测作用,而教学方式对创造力倾向总体及各维度影响不显著;课外学习的四个因子中,课外阅读、技能培训和社会实践对创造力倾向总体具有显著的预测作用,并对冒险性和挑战性维度均有显著影响,而参加学术活动对创造力倾向总体的影响不显著,但对好奇心和想象力的影响显著。 Fostering creative talent is the core task of higher education. Taking 1 032 senior undergraduates from nine universities in Guangdong as samples, this paper investigated the college students' creativity tendency and discussed the effects of classroom teaching and extracurricular learning on the tendency of creativity of undergraduates. Data analysis results show: The polarization of creative tendency in the high grade undergraduates is serious,55% of college students are at the level of general and below in the overall creativity tendency and the excenent proportion is only 1.6% ;In the two factors of classroom teaching,the teaching content has a significant predictive effect on overall creativity tendency and risk and challenge dimensions, while the teaching mode has no significant effect on the overall creativity tendency and the dimensions of creativity;In the four factors of extracurricular learning, extracurricular reading and skills training and social practice make significant predictive effects on the overall creativity tendency,and they also have significant impacts on the risk and challenge dimensions;Participating in academic activities has no significant effect on the overall creativity tendency, but it has remarkable influence on curiosity and imagination dimensions.These findings of the study provide enlightenment for the teaching reform of higher education.
