摘 要: 通过对广东9所高校1027名高年级本科生的创造力倾向及知识结构进行调查,分析并检验了大学生知识结构对创造力倾向的影响。研究表明:大学生知识的广度以及基础知识的掌握程度显著影响大学生的创造力倾向,知识的前沿性显著影响创造力倾向中的好奇性维度,而知识的深度对创造力倾向的影响不显著。基于上述结论,提出了相应的知识结构优化和创新型人才培养策略。 Taking 1027 senior undergraduates from nine universities in Guangdong as the sample, this paper conducts an empirical test of the impact of knowledge structure on the creativity tendency of college students.The results show: The breadth of knowledge and the basic knowledge of college students significantly affect their creativity tendency, and the knowledge frontier has a significant effect on creativity tendency in curious dimension.However, the effect of the depth of knowledge on creativity tendency is not significant.Based on the above conclusions, the paper puts forward the corresponding knowledge structure optimization and innovative talents training strategy.
