摘　　要： “新商科”是结合现代新技术的交叉融合学科,以培养复合型创新人才为目标,需要产教深度融合的全新人才培养模式与之相匹配。当前“新商科”人才培养存在着人才培养与社会需求匹配度不高、人才培养体系构建与平台资源建设滞后、商科专业与其他专业难以交叉融合等问题。总结了华南师范大学经济与管理学院的研究和实践成果,提出从六个方面构建基于产学研协同平台的复合型“新商科”人才培养模式,以期在创新教学范式和人才培养方面有所裨益。 "New business"is an interdisciplinary subject combined with modern new technology,aiming at cultivating compound innovative talents,which needs a new talent training mode of deep integration of industry and education to match it.At present,there are some problems in the talent training of"new business",such as the low matching degree between talent training and social demand,the backward construction of talent training system and platform resources,and the difficulty in the integration of business with other majors.This paper summarizes the research and practice achievements of the School of Economics and Management of South China Normal University,and proposes to construct a compound"new business"talent training mode based on the platform of industry-university-research cooperation from six aspects,in order to contribute to the innovation of teaching paradigm and talent training.
