摘　　要： 澳大利亚TAFE学院的教师均有多年企业工作的背景，掌握跨民族、跨文化、跨学科知识，人文素质较高，综合组织教学能力强。其职教师资建设的成功经验，对我国高职教育有启示、借鉴意义。 Teachers of TAFE college in Australia all have working experiences in enterprises for many years, mastering cross - national, cross - cultural and cross - discipline knowledge, and their humanity quality and teaching ability are also very strong. The successful experiences of teaching staff construction of TAFE in Australia have revelations to China.
