摘　　要： 近年来在经济学界流行的主张国有企业全面退出竞争领域的观点 ,并非是国企改革的有效方式。本文重点评析这一观点在理论上的悖谬性以及对我国改革实践的危害性。 In recent years,the viewpoint of advocating the state-owned economy withdrawing completely from competitive field is popular,but it is not effective.This article stresses on the absurdity of its viewpoint and its harmfulness for Chinese reform practice.
