摘　　要： 沈从文是三十年代乡土寻根的代表人物，韩少功是八十年代文化寻根的重要参与者，立足于乡土本位，他们都有着各自自觉的价值追求和倾向。于乡土守望，沈从文与韩少功不是对都市文明、现代社会的简单逃离，向后追寻是一种进步的回退;于乡土寻根，他们在努力张扬一种非主流、被挤压的文化生命力，努力挖掘乡土文明的精神亮点。他们都期望有一种文化的可能，至少乡土文明能够成为人类社会向前发展，人性不断完善的参照系统和相佐资源。本文分为三个部分来论述，第一部分对沈从文与韩少功进行身份识别，一个是纯粹的“乡下人”，一个是地道的“外来者”，不同的乡土守望与回归的路径，造就的却是相同的文化认同与执守。第二部分以反思现代性为出发点，沈从文与韩少功分属于不同的时代，乡土社会发生了剧变，两代人的寻根笔下是不同的文学风景——沈从文的文学理想、生命理念和诗意湘西高度地融合在一起;韩少功于回返中对古旧思维和日常生活进行了还原。第三部分以沈从文、韩少功两位作家为例，我们得以窥见乡土守望的虚空与不实，也得以看到乡土抒写的困境，沈从文的“湘西梦断”意味着乡土抒写某种程度上的终结，而韩少功的“山川入梦”也许预示着乡土抒写的一种新的路径与开始。 Shen Congwen is a representative of seeking root in 1930S, Han shaogong is an important partner of seeking cultural root in 1980S, on the basis of local standard , they have their pursuit of value and tendencies. In the local watch, Shen congwen and Han shaogong don’t escape from urban civilization and modern society simply, back to pursue is a progressive retreat. In the seeking root, they exert their efforts to publicize a non-mainstream and pressed cultural vitality and strive to unearth the brightness of local civilization. They all expect a possibility of a culture. At least, local civilization is able to become a referred system and assisted resource for the forward developing society and human natural is undergoing change constantly. The thesis is divided into three parts to describe. The first part is to identify Shen and Han, one is pure“country folk”, the other is typical“outsider”, different route of local watch and seeking root create similar cultural recognition and persistent; the second part is to reflect the modernity, as a starting point, Shen and Han are in different era, the country society has undergone drastically change, described by the two generations of the seeking roots are different literature landscape, Shen’s literature ideals, life philosophy and poetical xiang xi together highly, Han shaogong restores the old thinking and daily life on the return; the third part ,in Shen and Han’s case, we can catch a glimpse of the void of local watch and the plight of local composition. Shen’s dream ends in“xiang xi”means to some extend the end of local composition, while Han fall sleep in mountain may indicate a new avenue and start of local composition.
