摘 要: 用实验法 ,对运用表象训练与运用常规的撑杆跳高技术教学进行对比研究 ,结果发现运用表象训练能促进学生形成正确的撑杆跳高技术动作表象 ,加速掌握撑杆跳高技术和提高运动技能 ,从而提高教学质量。 By comparison with conventional teaching,the paper makes a study of imagery training in pole vault teaching.The results show that imagery training can help the formation of correct imagery of pole vault skills,quicken the grasp of the skills and improve the motor skills as well as the quality of pole vault teaching.
