摘　　要： 作为当代高职大学生,他们的思想正处于转型与趋向稳定时期,存在着积极性的一面,同时也存在着消极的一面。教育者应正确认识他们的思想特点,结合适当的教育途径,增强高职高专大学生思想政治教育工作的实效性。 As the contemporary vocational college students,their thoughts,which is in the period of transition and stabilized ,include the positive sides and the negative sides. The educator should know their ideological characteristics correctly,combine with the proper education way,to enhance the effectiveness of vocational college students′ideological and political education work.
