摘　　要： 综合文献资料及归纳个人经验探讨当前的青少年篮球运动中对抢篮板球技、战术的运用,抢篮板球尚是一个薄弱环节。因为加强抢篮板球对争取比赛的主动和胜利有着极其重要的作用。抢篮板球是篮球运动中对决定胜负具有重要作用的一环,解决抢篮板球技、战术问题,是抢篮板球运动的当务之急。所以说培养青少年运动员抢篮板球技、战术的研究具有十分重要的意义。 According to literature review and personal experience,this paper discusses the application of rebound skills and tactics in teenagers ＇ basketball practices,where securing a rebound is the weak link. In fact,strengthening the rebound skills plays a fundamental role in striving for initiative and success in a basketball match,and it is a priority to improve rebound skills and tactics. Therefore,it is of great significant to study the cultivating teenagers＇ rebound skills and tactics.
