摘　　要： 21世纪是知识经济时代。知识管理作为现代管理的重要理念之一，对高校的发展具有重要的意义。现剖析高校知识管理内涵和特征，进一步分析高校进行知识管理的重要性，并提出相应对策建议。 It is an era of the knowledge- based economy in 21century when its importance of knowledge will be paid great attention to. Knowledge management, as one of important ideas, has great significance in the development of colleges and universities. This paper, drives the point home, and put forwards some suggestions, based on the connotation and features of knowledge management in colleges and universities.
