摘 要: “爱”是道德的基本意涵,既包括爱他人即“爱人”,也包括爱自己即“自爱”。以往对师德的界说都是以教师“爱人”为取向的,这无疑是理解师德的主要视角,但完整的师德亦当包含教师的“自爱”。教师“爱人”与教师“自爱”虽难免有冲突但在总体上并非是不相容的,而是相辅相成和辩证统一的,对师德的养成是可以殊途同归的。“自爱”通常是教师“爱人”的重要前提,“爱人”往往又是教师“自爱”的动力和途径。因此,自爱不纯粹是教师个人的事情,还直接关涉到学生的利益因而便具有了师德的意义和价值。要成为一个自爱的教师,需要在尊重自我、实现自我、欣赏自我、发展自我、善待自我等方面不断修炼和升华自己。一个不自爱的教师,某种意义上也是缺乏师德的表现,很难成为一个真正的优秀教师。 “Love” is the fundamental meaning of morality, which includes both love others and self-love. In the past, the definition of teacher’s morality has been oriented to “love others”, which is undoubtedly the main perspective to understand teacher’s morality, but the complete meaning of teacher’s morality should also include “self-love”. Although there is inevitable conflict between the teacher’s “love others” and “self-love”, they are not incompatible on the whole, but complementary and dialectically unified, and they can be united as one to cultivate of teacher’s morality. “self-love” is usually an important premise for teachers to “love others”, and “love others” is often the driving force and approach for teachers to “self-love”. Therefore, self-love is not a purely personal matter for teachers, but also directly concerns the interests of students, and then it has the significance and values of teacher’s morality. To become a teacher of “self-love”, you need to constantly cultivate and sublimate yourself in terms of respecting yourself, realizing yourself, appreciating yourself, developing yourself, and treating yourself well. A teacher who cannot love himself or herself is lacking of morality in a sense, and does hardly become a truly excellent teacher.
