校企合作背景下“实践技能三递进”实践教学体系构建与实施——以汕头职院环境工程技术专业群为例

摘  要: 环境问题广受国内外关注,国家也越来越需要与时俱进的环境专业高技能人才,社会对高职学生的动手能力和综合素质也提出了更高、更新的要求,开展环境专业实践教学体系的改革和研究迫在眉睫。针对我国高职院校环境相关专业在实践教学中存在的主要问题,以汕头职业技术学院环境工程技术高水平专业群与壹点环境科技(广州)有限公司校企合作为例,构建“细分领域认识—企业导师进课堂—‘双导师’指导实践”的线上线下相结合的“实践技能三递进”实践教学体系。经实践证明,该体系加强了专兼职教师实践教学团队建设,培养了环境专业学生的实践能力。该体系能促进产教融合、校企合作,能显著提升学生的综合素质与就业竞争力,同时可为各校环境专业实践教学体系改革提供借鉴。 Environmental issues have received widespread attention both domestically and internationally.The country is increasingly in need of highly skilled environmental professionals who keep up with the times.Society has also put forward higher and updated requirements for the hands-on ability and comprehensive quality of vocational college students.It is urgent to reform and research the practical teaching system for environmental majors.In response to the main problems in practical teaching of environmental related majors in vocational colleges in China,taking the high-level professional group of environmental engineering technology at Shantou Polytechnic and the school enterprise cooperation of One Point Environmental Technology Co..Ltd.as an example.A practical teaching system that combined online and offline and included"segmented field understanding","enterprise mentors entering the classroom",and"double mentors guiding practice"is constructed.It has been proven through practice that this system strengthens the construction of practical teaching teams for full-time and part-time teachers,and cultivates the practical abilities of students majoring in the environment.This system can promote the integration of industry and education,cooperation between schools and enterprises,significantly improve students'comprehensive quality and employment competitiveness,and provide reference for the reform of environmental professional practical teaching systems in various schools.
