摘　　要： 建设学习型党组织是新形势下加强和改进党的建设的重大举措。高校作为文化传承、知识传播与创新的重要基地,在推进学习型基层党组织建设中具有得天独厚的学习资源和条件,理应在"学习型党组织"建设中走在前列。本文从加强高校学习型基层党组织建设的必要性和重要性出发,提出了加强高校学习型基层党组织建设的几点意见。 It is a strategic move to construct the leanning-oreiented grass-roots Communist Party organization in strengthening and improving party construction in new situation.As the import base of culture heritage,knowledge dissemination and innovation,colleges is full of rich resources and conditiongs in strengthening and improving party construction in promting the constrution of the leanning-oreiented grass-roots Communist Party organization and it shuold be in the rorefont in the process of construction.This article shows the necessity and importance in the procwss of construction and gives advices to strengthen the leanning-oreiented grass-roots Communist Party Organization in colleges.
