摘　　要： "一带一路"等国家战略为新时代高校外语教育带来了新的发展机遇和挑战。主体间性哲学为大学外语教育改革提供了新的理论视角,不仅有助于把握我国改革开放40年来大学外语课程从主体性到主体间性的教学范式转型,也有助于探索新时代大学外语教育教学改革,可以从科学发展观、语言间性、文化间性、师生自主间性、媒体间性和教师专业发展等方面为我国大学外语教育教学改革指明方向。根据主体间性教育哲学,混合式教学模式改革将是新时代大学外语教育教学改革的主旋律,赋予语言间性和文化间性的有效学习是中心任务,师生主体的自主性是关键,媒体间性是重要保障。 The “Belt and Road” Initiative has brought both new opportunities and challenges to China＇s college foreign language education. The theory of intersubjectivity is a new theoretical perspective for foreign language education reforms, which helps to reveal teaching paradigm transformation of China＇s college foreign language education over the past four decades, and to offer valuable guides in such aspects as a scientific outlook on development, interlanguage, interculture, autonomous teacher-student intersubjectivity, intermediality and teachers＇ professional development. An intersubjectivity-oriented prospect holds that blended teaching and learning reforms will be the main theme of reforms in foreign language education in the new-media era, whose prime objective is to achieve effective learning, which is abundant with interlanguage and interculture, decided by the autonomy of both teachers and students, and supported by intermediality.
