摘 要: 随着《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》中扩大跨境金融业务规划的提出,大湾区企业对跨境金融业务人才的需求更大。使用文本挖掘方法对大湾区企业招聘信息进行分析,可以帮助高校更好地了解跨境金融企业对求职者的需求。针对跨境金融企业的岗位需求、学历需求和职业素质需求,高校可以从加强跨境金融知识普及、课程设置融入大湾区资格考试内容、高校联合培养、校企合作等方面对跨境金融人才进行培养。 A plan to expand cross-border financial business put forward in The Development Plan Outline for Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,places cross-border financial professionals in greater demand in the Greater Bay Area.It is conducive to knowing the needs of cross-border financial companies for job seekers to make analysis on recruitment information of companies in the Greater Bay Area with the method of text-mining.Against the needs of cross-border financial companies in terms of post,academic degree and vocational qualities,colleges and universities can set about their training work in the aspects of popularization of cross-border financial knowledge,merging the curriculum with the contents of qualification examinations for the Greater Bay Area,joint training by colleges and universities,college-enterprise cooperation and so on.
