摘　　要： 佛山陶瓷生产已有四千多年历史，曾被称为南国陶都。本文从分析佛山陶瓷行业的发展史入手，通过发展现状、产业调整提升和存在问题的分析，提出改善环境质量、发展陶瓷服务、品牌战略、创办陶瓷大学、改造设备工艺、打造陶瓷文化等对策思路，走出一条有珠三角特色的陶瓷产业发展新路子。 Foshan, the ＂South Capital of Porcelain＂, has more than four production. This essay starts from the history of ceramic and porcelain thousand years for ceramic and porcelain industry in Foshan, and analyzes the developmental problems, and puts forward the countermeasures, such as improving the environmental quality, de- veloping porcelain service, establishing brand strategy, founding a university of Ceramics, improving facilities and technologies, and refining ceramic and porcelain cultures, so as to explore a new way, a way with distinctive Pearl River Delta character, for the development of porcelain industry.
