摘　　要： 我国自古就有会展活动的记载,逐渐发展成为世界强国。但是由于我国根深蒂固的封建制度,和固步自封的态度,渐渐地落后于世界的发展。会展作为商品交换、技术文化交流的重要途径一直没有引起重视。我国的近代会展业比西方国家近代会展发展落后了近一个世纪,我国现代会展业也只有短短的三十年的发展历史。但是在会展业能带来巨大的经济与社会效益的诱惑下,各地纷纷掀起会展场馆的建设热潮,缺乏前期调研,场馆自身的设计上都是直接套用西方的建筑形式。造成了社会资源的严重浪费和城市间的恶性竞争。 上海地处我国海岸线中心和长江入海口这个优越地理位置,和长三角棉纺产业基地的腹心,是上海发展的客观条件,也正是这种客观条件使其能迅速崛起甚至超越其他沿海城市。其国际港口贸易地位是客观存在,我国其他城市多不能代替的。但是就是因为上海的重要位置使其在国家政策上经历了开放——遏制——被迫开放——再限制——再开放的发展过程,一个城市同时在国家控制、西方经济文化冲击和自身开放发展的矛盾中成长。上海的近代会展业发展是在开放后的城市经济发展和政治环境所决定的,而在其发展过程中也形成了独特的发展特点和面临着一系列的发展问题。希望从上海的会展建筑发展过程的研究中能总结出一些符合中国国情的发展方式,作为会展建筑建设体系有个实例参考,同时作为我国对会展建筑研究的理论体系的一部分。 本论文分为四章来对上海会展建筑发展状况进行了阐述。 第一章为本文的绪论部分,主要从研究背景、研究对象的界定、研究意义和目的及研究方法与研究框架等几个方面对于题目作出解释和界定。 第二章以时间为主轴,分段论述上海会展活动发展背景、过程及特点 第三章以时间为主轴,联系 Exhibition /& meeting activities had been recorded since the ancient time in China, as a powerful country. However, because of deep-rooted feudal system, and the complacent attitude,china was gradually lagging behind the development of the world. Exhibition /& meeting activities as an important way of commodity exchange,technological and cultural exchanges has not been pay enough attention.The modern convention and exhibition industry in China has lagged behind the development of Western countries for nearly a century, only has a short thirty-year period of history.But the temptation of the enormous economic and social benefits that the industry brings, have set off the building boom of Exhibition Center. The lack of initial research, and the design of venues themselves are directly applied to Western architectural forms, that has Caused a serious waste of resources and unhealthy competition between cities. Shanghai is in a strategic location which is in the center of China's coastline and the estuary of Yangtze River to the sea, and the hinterland of the Yangtze River Delta cotton industry base. Because of the advantage, enable shanghai the rapid rise and even transcend the other coastal cities. However, in the national policy, Shanghai has experienced the process of on open - stop - forced to open - and then limit - and then opening up, shanghai is growing up at the same time under the state control, the Western economic and cultural impact and its inherent aspiration on open. Shanghai's modern development of exhibition industry is determined by its economic and social development, and in the mean time has also created a unique development characteristics and faced a number of problems. Hope that through the study of the exhibition building development of shanghai can be summed up approach to match in line with China's national conditions, as an instances of reference and a theoretical part of exhibition building system in our country.
