摘　　要： 绿色公交是每个大城市公共交通的发展方向,公交优先的策略是世界大城市解决交通拥挤的有效途径。文章根据广州市公交发展存在的问题,提出绿色公交背景下公交优先的发展思路,并提出理顺常规公交行业管理体制,加快法规建设,确立"公交优先"政策,尽快出台"公交优先"具体政策以及改进措施,来解决好目前存在的突出问题。 Green bus is the development direction of public transportation in every big city.The bus priority strategy is an effective way for big cities in the world to solve traffic congestion.According to the problems existing in the development of public transportation in Guangzhou,the article puts forward the development idea of bus priority in the context of green bus,and proposes to rationalize the management system of the bus industry,speed up the construction of laws and regulations,establish the“public transit priority”policy,and introduce the“public transit priority”specific policy as soon as possible.And improvement measures to solve the outstanding problems that exist at present.
