摘 要: 组织文化惰性的克服是决定组织存续的重要因素。通过对文化惯性与文化惰性关系的分析,文章阐述了文化惯性向文化惰性转变的必然性,并以此为基础阐述了组织文化生命周期的一般规律,指出了克服组织文化惰性需要控制的关键因素。 To overcome organizational cultural inertia is the main factor that determained the evolving of organizations. By analyzing the relationships between cultural routines and cultural inertia, this paper maintains the necessity of cultural routines turn into cultural inertia.Based on this view, the roles of the evliving of organizational culture and the key factors which have to be controled in the course of overcoming organizational cultural inertia are analyzed.
