摘 要: 20世纪70年代末以前的组织惰性研究零散地分布于管理理论各学派的论述中,侧重于组织内部因素的分析;之后的组织惰性研究获得了长足发展,特别是随着组织生态学、新制度组织理论、新制度经济学和演化经济学等学科的发展,基于组织演化的组织惰性理论研究越来越受到重视。文章在文献整理的基础上对组织惰性的内涵、生成与克服等方面内容进行了探索。 Before the end of 1970s, the research on organizational inertia, which emphasized internal factors, had been found in discussions held by all kinds of management schools. Later on, it has been developing rapidly with increasing focus on the theory of organizational evolution accompanied by the development of Organizational Ecology, Theory of New Institutional Organization, New Institutional Economics and Evolutionary Economics. Based on literature study, this paper analyzes generating and overcoming organizational inertia and its connotations.
