摘 要: 设计一种便携式聚合物电解质膜燃料电池(PEM,也称质子交换膜电池)制氢微反应器,该微反应器是基于液体燃料(如醇类)水蒸汽重整制氢,该复杂微反应器的三维陶瓷结构包括蒸发器、混合器、重整器和燃烧器。低温共烧陶瓷(LTCC)技术用于制作具有埋腔体和微通道的陶瓷结构,厚膜技术被用来制造电加热器、温度传感器和压力传感器,最终的三维陶瓷结构由48层LTCC生瓷带构成。该陶瓷结构的尺寸是76×42×10毫米,重量约75克。 A portable polymer electrolyte membrane fuel cell(PEM,also known as proton exchange membrane cell)is designed for hydrogen production,which is based on steam reforming of liquid fuels(such as alcohols)to produce hydrogen.The three-dimensional ceramic structure of the complex microreactor includes evaporator,mixer,reformer and burner.Low-temperature co-fired ceramics(LTCC)technology is used to fabricate ceramic structures with buried cavities and microchannels.Thick film technology is used to manufacture electric heaters,temperature sensors and pressure sensors.The final three-dimensional ceramic structure consists of 48 layers of LTCC ceramic strips.The size of the ceramic structure is 76×42×10mm and the weight is about 75g.
