摘　　要： 本文是一篇教学性的案例，含案例正文及案例分析两部分。案例正文部分用写实性的手法，介绍了一个小型软件公司的成长经历，A君从1998年创立GLD软件公司，从零开始，历经三年发展，承受过许多失败与挫折，终于将企业经营到一个初具规模的阶段。小企业有天然的优势与劣势，优势如机制灵活、反应迅速，市场化程度高等。劣势如资本少、人才缺、信用等级低等。小企业如何扬长避短，在竞争中获得争优势是所有创业者关心的问题。案例中叙述了创业中遇到的普遍问题如：创业资本的筹集、合作伙伴的选择、公司组织形式的变迁、人才招聘与管理、团队建设等。案例分析则引用了一些MBA的原理对小企业如何获取竞争势作出进一步的分析与讨论。 This thesis includes two sections: the section Case Study and the section Case Analysis. In the Case Study, the thesis realistically introduces experiences how a small scale enterprise GLD Software company, established in Year 1998,then successfully grew up from zero to a mature stage through three years of success /& failure . Small scale enterprise has its own natural advantages /& disadvantages. Advantages are flexible system, quick response to changing environment ,high level of market orientation. Disadvantages are : Short of capital, short of human resources ,low level of credit etc. How could a small scale enterprise can avoid its shortcomings and take advantage of its sources to win competitive advantages in market is the most concern of all enterprisers. In case part ,writer mainly introduces common problems encountered by people like: Gathering of capital for company establishment Joint venture partners selection,company's organization changes, recruitment and management of staff and team building etc. In case analysis part ,some theories learned in MBA program by writer are used further to analysis how a small scale enterprise could successfully win competitive advantages . Accompanied with finalization of market economics game rules, acceleration of steps for China to join in WTO ,more market opportunities are created for Middle /& small scale enterprises .We believe ,if we could work hard for clients by integrity /& trust ,we could for sure create a bright future!
