摘 要: 目的探究在高职院校学生中开设社交礼仪教育培训是否可以缓解学生在社交情境中所产生的社交焦虑,以及通过社交礼仪的训练是否可以提升学生在面试中的表现。方法本研究对191例高职高专学生在参加职业礼仪课程前后进行社交焦虑的问卷调查,选取27例接受礼仪课程培训的高职高专学生参加模拟面试,记录前后两次的模拟面试成绩。结果社交礼仪与社交焦虑之间存在负相关,进行社交礼仪培训后,个体在社交情景的社交焦虑显著下降,在模拟面试场景的表现显著提升。结论接受礼仪课程培训有利于缓解学生社会交往焦虑,有利于促进学生在面试中的良好表现。 Objective To explore whether social etiquette education training can alleviate students’social anxiety in social situations and whether social etiquette training can improve students’performance in interviews.Methods This study conducted a questionnaire survey on social anxiety among 191 vocational college students before and after attending professional etiquette courses.27 vocational college students who received etiquette training were selected to participate in a mock interview.The scores of the two mock interviews were recorded.Results There was a negative correlation between social etiquette and social anxiety.After social etiquette training,individuals’social anxiety in social situations was significantly decreased,and their performance in simulated interview scenarios was significantly improved.Conclusion Etiquette course training is helpful to alleviate students’social communication anxiety and promote students’good performance in interview.
