摘　　要： 绿色技能开发是职业教育系统不可推卸的责任,基于约束理论分析与解决职业院校绿色技能人才培养存在的"瓶颈",发现课程、师资和实训条件是职业院校培养绿色技能人才的约束点。基于此,提出职业院校课程体系、师资队伍和实践教学基地绿色化的具体要求和策略,深化人才培养模式与课程体系改革,创新职业院校师资队伍建设。 It is an inescapable responsibility for vocational education system in China to cultivate green talents.Based on the Theory of Constraints,this paper analyzes and solves the'bottleneck'in the cultivation of green skill talents in vocational colleges,curriculum,teachers and practical training conditions have been found to be the constraints for vocational colleges to cultivate green skilled personnel.Based on this,it puts forward the specific requirements and strategies on vocational curriculum system,teaching staff and greening practical teaching bases,so as to deepen the personnel training mode and curriculum system reform,as well as the innovative teaching staff construction in vocational colleges.
