摘　　要： 滨海旅游发展过程中社区居民参与程度不一,在经济、政治、社会、心理等方面都存在不同程度的权能缺失,在旅游发展过程中处于相对劣势地位。依据社区增权理论,构建滨海旅游社区增权评价指标体系,并以广东阳江海陵岛为对象,通过调研分析海陵岛社区参与状况及对旅游增权的感知程度。结果显示:海陵岛社区居民旅游增权状况总体处于较好和一般之间,其中政治维度的增权状况较差。根据社区增权的分析模型,提出滨海旅游社区增权优化建议。 In the development of coastal tourism, community residentsI participation is in varying degree. Due to the different level of rights lack in economic, political, social and psychological aspects, community residents are in a inferior position. Based on the community empowerment theory, the evaluation index system of coastal tourism community empowerment were established firstly, and taking Yangjiang Hailing Island in Guangdong as an example, the present situation of the community participation as well as the tourism empowerment perception were analyzed through the in-depth investigation. The results showed that the status in quo of the community residentsr tourism empowerment in Hailing Island was between good and general, among which the political dimension was the worst. Finally, according to the community empowerment analysis model, some optimization suggestion of coastal tourism community empowerment were put forward.
