摘　　要： 当代大学生人格总体状况良好,他们追求自我完善,学习积极主动,既追求个人的发展,又关心国家的进步,但也存在一定的人格缺陷。加强对大学生理想人格的培养和教育,形成家庭、学校和社会三位一体的培养机制,提升大学生理想人格的自我修养的自觉性,是整体提升大学生素质的重要途径。 The modern undergraduates are in good condition overall in personality.They pursuit self-improvement,study actively.They not only pursuit the personal development,but also care our country＇s progress.However,they have some personality defects,so it is important way in order to promote in general the undergraduates＇ quality to strengthen to cultivate and educate the undergraduates＇ ideal personality and form training mechanism of family-university-society closely integrated.
