摘 要: 欠发达地区学前教育存在经费严重不足、教师专业化水平偏低、小学化倾向严重、硬件设施极度缺乏等问题。为促进欠发达地区学前教育的发展,应该从四个方面入手:提高认识,明确政府职责;建立政府、社会和个人共同出资的农村学前教育发展模式;构建高素质的师资队伍;优化教育教学活动,使学前教育去小学化。 There are some problems in undeveloped area such as funds deficiency,low-level teacher specialization,infanthood education tends to be primary school education,lack of hardware facility,etc.In order to promote the development of rural preschool education,we should do from such things: improve cognition,clarify government obligations;estabilsh rural preschool education model invested by govern-ment,social and individual citizens;construct high-quality teachers team;change the tendency of infanthood education tends to be primary school education by optimization of educational and teaching activities.
