摘　　要： 欠发达地区学前教育存在经费严重不足、教师专业化水平偏低、小学化倾向严重、硬件设施极度缺乏等问题。为促进欠发达地区学前教育的发展,应该从四个方面入手:提高认识,明确政府职责;建立政府、社会和个人共同出资的农村学前教育发展模式;构建高素质的师资队伍;优化教育教学活动,使学前教育去小学化。 There are some problems in undeveloped area such as funds deficiency,low-level teacher specialization,infanthood education tends to be primary school education,lack of hardware facility,etc.In order to promote the development of rural preschool education,we should do from such things： improve cognition,clarify government obligations;estabilsh rural preschool education model invested by govern-ment,social and individual citizens;construct high-quality teachers team;change the tendency of infanthood education tends to be primary school education by optimization of educational and teaching activities.
