摘 要: 教师生态文化是教师教育专业存在与发展的过程文化,是教师生命存在及其活动的环境状态,它由生态因子和文化生态两大系统构成。当前,教师教育专业生存的体制文化、专业发展的创生文化、专业价值的社会文化以及专业生成的心态文化影响了教师生态文化的发展。用后现代主义和主体间性哲学反思、观照教师生态文化,具有意义建构的文化内涵。教师生态文化要体现生命存在的本真意义与价值关怀,要凸显体制文化的边缘效应与去中心化,要形成交往创生与主体间性的人文生态环境。 The teacher's ecological culture is the process culture in which the teacher specialty exists and develops and the environmental conditions in which the teacher lives and exercises; it is consisted of ecological factor system and cultural ecology system. Now, the institutional culture of teacher specialty existence, the creative culture of specialty development, the social culture of specialty value and the psychological culture of specialty forming has affected the development of teacher's ecological culture. To ponder and meditate the teacher's ecological culture with the postmodernism and inter-subjective philosophy has the cultural connotation of significance construction. The teacher's ecological culture should actual significance and value solicitude of life existence, embody the edge effect and counter-centralization of institutional culture and form the humanism ecological environment of intercourse, creation and inter-subjectivity.
