摘 要: 在我国,残疾人就业取得了重大进展,但残疾人就业仍然存在高失业和低参与并存的特征,社会环境等多种因素的相互作用是造成这种现象的主要原因。构建残疾人就业影响因素及其机制模型,优化就业体制机制和就业环境,保障残疾人平等就业的权利。 In our country, the employment of the disabled has made significant progress, but the employment of the disabled still shows the problems of high unemployment and low participation, the interaction of various factors such as social environment is the main reason for this phenomenon. It is essential to construct the model and mechanism of employment effect factors for the disabled, to optimize the employment mechanism and employ- ment environment and to ensure their equal employment rights.
