摘　　要： 文章从客观、主观两方面较深入地分析了造成哈萨克人名译名混乱的原因,对新近出台的《哈萨克人名汉字音译对应表》的定音、选字问题作了简评。文章在支持译名规范化的同时,强调了遵守规范标准,人人有责。 This article analyses causes of confusion of the personal names of Kazakh transcribed by Chinese characters thoroughly from both objective factors and subjective factors, evaluates the standard of Corresponding Table between the Syllables of Kazakh language and Chinese Characters, and puts special stress on the importance of both standard and everybody＇s duty to observe rules.
