摘　　要： 本文根据珠江三角洲经济发展对人才质量的要求，针对我国现阶段成人高等教育模式存在的弊端，结合我院的实际，提出了改革的具体设想。 This article suggests the concrete reform plan based on the Pearl River Triangle Area economical development for the demand of the personnel quality, aiming at the incorrect ways existing in the pr esent adult higher education model of our country, combining with the reality in our college.
