摘　　要： 从服务人员、工作范围、工作内容、服务效果4个方面分析了大型体育赛事语言服务的特点:人员的选择标准为外语水平、体育知识和写作能力俱佳;工作范围包括时间、地点、对象、语种等;工作内容以赛事新闻为主导;服务效果以赛事传播、构建城市形象、促进体育经济发展为目的。语言服务能让参赛者了解赛事情况及其举办地的发展,通过参与者的口口相传,可以实现次级传播,从而产生极大的社会效应。 The paper analyses the features of language service of great sports events from the perspectives of service staff, working scope, working content and service effect. The staff selection standard includes excellent language, sports knowl edge and writing skill. The working scope includes time, location, object and language type. Working content is mainly sports news report. Service effect includes sports competition broadcasting, city image establishment and economic pro motion. The language service can help the participants understand the sports events and its hosting city and the oral pub licity of the participants can create great social effect.
