摘　　要： 在电力行业变革的大背景下,文章回顾了传统的投资效益评价方法以及原有的电网资本性项目投资效益评价体系,针对原有体系中存在的不足,结合新的评价方法,对电网资本性项目的投资效益评价体系进行了优化、改进,希望可以改进原有评价体系,提高电网企业的投资决策水平。 In the background of power industry reform, this paper reviews the traditional evaluation method of investment benefit and the original investment benefit evaluation system of power grid capital project. Aiming at the disadvantages of original system, combined with the new evaluation method, we optimize and improve the investment benefit evaluation system of power network capital project and hope it can improve the original evaluation system and level of the investment decision power grid enterprises.
