摘　　要： 目的:观察评价参芪扶正注射液防治老年患者应用蒽环类药物所致心脏毒性的可行性.方法:选择年龄在60~75岁老年恶性肿瘤患者120例,按照诊疗顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例.化疗方案选择含有蒽环类药物的阿霉素、表阿霉素.常规性右丙亚胺(DZR)治疗前保护性使用作为对照组.治疗组在此基础上加用参芪扶正注射液化疗,全程连续使用10天.比较两组患者心脏损害的生化检测指标,超声心脏功能评价分析.结果:两组患者治疗第6月后cTnT、CK和CK-MB水平均较治疗前有所升高(Р<0.05),LVEF、左心室Tei指数较治疗前有所改变(Р<0.05),治疗组和对照组组间比较有差异(Р<0.05).结论:在联合化疗辅助使用参芪扶正注射液可以有效的预防和减轻化疗药物对老年患者心脏毒性反应,有利于保护心肌的功能. Objective:To observe and evaluate the feasibility of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection in preventing and treating elderly patients with cardiotoxicity induced by anthracyclines.Methods:A total of 120 elderly patients with malignant tumors aged 60 to 75 years were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the order of diagnosis and treatment,with 60 cases in each group.The chemotherapy regimen chose adriamycin and epirubicin containing anthracyclines.Dextroproimide(DZR)was used conventionally in control group before treatment.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with Shenqi Fuzheng Injection as soon as accepted che⁃motherapy for 10 consecutive days.The biochemical detection indicators of cardiac damage between the two groups of patients were compared,and the ultrasound cardiac functions were evaluated and analyzed.Results:After 6th month of treatment,the levels of cTnT,CK and CK-MB in the two groups were higher than before treatment(Р<0.05),the LVEF and left ventricular Tei index were changed compared with that before treatment(Р<0.05),and there were difference between the control group and the treatment group(Р<0.05).Conclusion:The combined use of Shenqi Fuzheng Injection with chemotherapy can effectively prevent and reduce the cardiotoxicity of chemotherapy drugs in elderly patients,which is beneficial to protect the function of myocardium.
