“80后”知识型员工工作价值观探讨及购房压力对其影响

摘  要: “80后”已经成为就业主力军进入劳动力市场,他们与前辈截然不同的成长背景、前所未有的较高的教育水平和计算机网络技术的普及发展,使他们大多以知识型员工的身份,成为企业核心的人力资源。同是知识型员工,“80后”的鲜明个性,使他们对工作价值观的侧重,有所不同。 同时,“80后”已经大规模进入适婚年龄,长久以来“买房结婚”的观念支撑了房价持续上涨背后的“刚性需求”。高房价带来的购房压力,给“80后”带来了实实在在的影响,成为这一代人讨论的最热门的话题。在房价高压下,他们的工作价值观是否会受到影响,使本文的研究显得非常具有现实意义。 目前对于“80后”知识型员工的研究,还不是很成熟,而对于购房压力对“80后”知识型员工工作价值观影响的研究更是少之又少。本文在对之前关于“80后”、知识型员工和工作价值观的研究进行理论梳理后,通过工作价值观量表的形式,对某金融IT企业的“80后”知识型员工进行访谈和问卷调查,然后对采集的数据进行分析,最后总结出“80后”知识型员工工作价值观的偏好,及购房压力的影响,为企业的人力资源管理提供一定的参考。 Now the post 80’s has already been the main source of employment in labor markets, with a totally different experience in growth background, higher educational level and the wider spread of computer network technology, most of them have become the primary human resource for the enterprises known as knowledge-workers. But the post 80’s has more distinct and stronger character than other ages, which makes their formed different work values. Meanwhile, it is a marriage period for most of the post 80’s. In traditional Chinese way of thinking, the opinion of buying a house for marriage has provide the price rises of houses with a strong support. But the pressure has been come with the high price of houses; it has influenced the post 80’s life, and it has already become a hot topic among this generation. It made people wondered whether the high pressure will influence the post 80’s work values. This thesis aiming to analyze and research the questions has practical significance. Actually the research on the knowledge-workers among post 80’s is still not mature, and only a few academic studies and researches could be found. This text will try to sum up the researches on the post 80’s, the knowledge-workers and the work values first. Then collect the data through giving the questionnaire surveys and interviews on a financial /& IT enterprise’s knowledge-workers. Finally summarize the preference working values of the post 80’s and the influence of houses pressure. This result will provide as a reference for the enterprise’s management of human resource.
