摘　　要： 领导干部践行群众路线动力机制的研究价值在于解决动力的强度和持续性问题。基于对领导干部践行群众路线动力来源的结构功能分析,探讨适应新形势挑战的动力机制模型。在中国政治生态语境下,领导干部践行群众路线动力机制构建的逻辑思路在于"端正思想—高度重视—规划部署—制度配套—监督执行"。 The value of the research on dynamic mechanism for the leaders to practice mass line is to solve the problem in dynamic intensity and sustainability. Based on the analysis of the structural function of dynamic sources for the leaders to practice mass line,this paper discusses the dynamic mechanism model for the challenge to suit new situation. Under the political ecological context of China,the logic ideas of the dynamic mechanism construction for the leaders to practice mass line are correcting ideas,high emphasis,making plan and layout,institutional match and monitoring and execution.
