摘　　要： 党的十九大报告提出全面贯彻党的教育方针,落实立德树人。研究生导师是研究生培养的第一责任人,落实导师立德树人职责既是新时代国家教育要求的内在规定,也是加强导师队伍建设、提升研究生培养质量的必然要求。从目前研究生教育实际来看,贯彻立德树人依然存在很多困难,本文通过分析落实过程中存在的困难点,探讨有效贯彻导师立德树人职责的多维途径。 The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the comprehensive implementation of the Party's education policy and the implementation of enhancing morality and fostering talents.The postgraduate tutor is the first person in charge of postgraduate training.Implementing the role of the tutor in enhancing morality and fostering talents is not only an inherent requirement of the national education requirements in the new era,but also a necessary requirement to strengthen tutor team construction and improve the qua lity of postgraduate training.From the perspective of current postgraduate education practice,there are still many difficulties in enhancing morality and fostering talents.This paper analyzes the difficulties in the implementation process and explores a multi-dimensional approach to effectively implement the responsibility of tutors in enhancing morality and fostering talents.
