摘 要: 采用液相还原法在碱性条件下制得纳米银溶胶,干燥制得纳米银粉。纳米银粉对芽孢杆菌、氯酚节杆菌作用24小时后的灭菌率分别达到99.6%和99.4%。以丙烯酸树脂、松香为成膜剂,二甲苯、正丁醇为溶剂,氧化锌、氧化铁红、钛白粉为填料,以自制纳米银为抗菌防污剂制得防污涂料。实验表明该纳米银防污涂料除满足防污涂料的一般理化要求外,还就有良好的疏水性和抗菌防污功效。 Nano silver sol was prepared by liquid phase reduction under alkaline conditions,and nano silver powder was prepared by drying.The sterilization rates of nano silver powder on Bacillus and Arthrobacter chlorophenol after 24 hours were 99.6%and 99.4%respectively.Antifouling coatings were prepared with acrylic resin and rosin as film-forming agent,xylene and n-butanol as solvent,zinc oxide,iron oxide red and titanium dioxide as filler,and self-made nano silver as bactericidal and antifouling agent.Experiments show that the nano silver antifouling coating not only meets the general physical and chemical requirements of antifouling coating,but also has good hydrophobicity,antibacterial and antifouling effect.
