摘　　要： 加强高职院校党务工作者队伍建设,提升党务工作者队伍的专业化、职业化水平,是提升高职院校党建工作质量的重要基础。要配齐建强高校党务工作队伍,落实党务干部职务职级“双线”晋升等有关要求,健全保障激励机制,使他们干事有动力、待遇有保障、发展有空间。通过梳理党务工作者“双线”晋升的困局,并分析原因,探索构建党务工作者职务职称“双线”晋升的破局策略,为高职院校推进党务工作者专业化、职业化建设提供重要参考。 Strengthening the construction of the team of Party workers in higher vocational colleges and improving the professionalism and professionalism of the team of Party workers are the important basis for improving the quality of Party building in higher vocational colleges.It is necessary to equip and strengthen the Party work team in colleges and universities,implement the relevant requirements of“double-line”promotion of Party cadres,improve the guarantee and incentive mechanism,and make them have motivation,guaranteed pay,and room for development.By sorting out the dilemma of“double-line”promotion of Party affairs workers,and analyzing the reasons,this paper explores the strategy to break the situation of“double-line”promotion of Party affairs workers’titles,and provides important reference for higher vocational colleges to promote the professionalization and professionalism of Party affairs workers.
