摘　　要： 通过调查研究，现行民办高校的贫困生资助体系大多是复制和借鉴公立大学的资助体系，不具备民办高校的特殊性，存在诸多弊端。本文通过对现行资助体系进行分析，针对如何完善我国民办高校贫困生资助体系，提出了较合理的对策建议。 Through research, the current private system of poor students in colleges and universities are mostly copy and learn from the funding system for public universities, private colleges do not have the particularity of many shortcomings. Based on the analysis of the current funding system, to improve our aiding system of poor students in private universities, the reasonable countermeasures are mentioned.
