摘 要: 文章以教师自主理论与商务英语教师能力构成要素为理论框架,以问卷调查的方式研究来自全国中、东、西部地区多所高校的120名商务英语教师的自主能力。基于调查结果,文章探讨了被调查者在教师自主7个维度的不同表现及其原因,并针对教师在不同维度存在的缺陷和不足提出了针对性的建议和对策。 Based on the theoretical framework of teacher autonomy and the components of business English teachers' capabilities, this paper reported an empirical study on the autonomy of 120 business English teachers throughout China by questionnaire. According to the results, the paper analyzed and discussed the respondents' different performance in seven aspects of teacher autonomy and the reasons behind it. Some strategies were proposed accordingly to enhance the teacher autonomy.
