摘 要: 针对越野车侧壁加强筋板成形模具在实际生产应用过程中暴露的问题,对制件冲压工艺进行了改进,选择了合理的定位基准,优化了模具结构。生产实践证明,改进的工艺和模具结构能很好地满足制件精度要求,适合大批量生产的需要,提高了制件的冲压质量和生产效率。 Aiming at the a serious of problems exposed during the actual operation of the SUV lateral wall stiffened plate die,the stamping process and die structure are improved and optimized in this paper.Practical application showed that improvement of process and die structure can well meet the requirement for the products accuracy,suit the demand of mass production and greatly enhance the quality of part stamping and production efficiency.
