摘　　要： 针对汽车高强度厚钢板卡箍的特点,分析了卡箍的冲压工艺及模具设计制造难点,介绍了排样设计、模具结构特点及关键部位的设计。 Acrroding to characteristics of the automobile clamp with high-strength thick steel plate, the stamping technology and difficulties in design and manufacture were analyzed, the progressive die layout was designed, the characteristics of die structure and design of key parts were introduced in detail.
