摘　　要： 本文从政府和农民的博弈角度出发 ,探讨征地过程中 ,两者能否取得双赢 ,分析我国土地征用的博弈模式 ,指出我国土地征用制度中的问题 ,用纳什均衡优化现行征地制度 ,以及优化征地制度应把握的问题。 From the point of gambling between government and farmers, this paper discusses the possibility of both-winning, and analyses the gambling pattern during the course of land requisition in our country. It also points out the problems of land requisition system, and suggests optimizing the current system of land requisition by the means of Nash balance, and then analyses how to select the operating mechanism and optimization system in agrarian land requisition of our country.
