摘　　要： 官本位的传统在中国源远流长,儒家伦理政治的说教、科举制、长期的官僚政治三方面塑造了中国的官本位传统。当前,官本位不仅体现在官场内部,同时还渗透至整个社会范围。这种社会性的官僚政治是随历史演变而得以固化的,并深刻地影响着当今中国,成为长期制约我国政治、经济、社会发展的巨大障碍之一。欲除此弊,非经不懈的改革不可,从当前看,应从技术层面和社会层面两方面入手。 Guan Ben Wei has a long history in China. It was formed as a result of the teaching of Confucian ethical politics, the imperial examination system, and the long-term bureaucratic politics. At present, Guan Ben Wei not only exists in officialdom, but also permeates through the whole society. Such a social bureaucratic politics has been solidified with the evolution of history. It is now profoundly influencing China and has become one of the long-standing serious obstacles to Chinese political, economic, and social development. It can not be eliminated without unremitting reform. It can be approached from the technical and social perspectives.
