摘　　要： 中法两国在刑事侦查组织制度、程序制度、人事制度等多方面都有明显的差异,这是由两国的政治制度,法律制度以及司法传统等多种因素影响的结果。对中法两国刑事侦查制度的比较研究,借鉴法国的有益经验,推行警检一体化,建构科学、合理的警检关系模式;保障犯罪嫌疑人的合法权益;建立强制作证制度;对改进和完善我国的刑事侦查制度有着重要意义。 There are distinct differences in criminal investigation system between China and France due to different political systems, law systems and judicial systems. It is of great significance to conduct a comparative research on criminal investigation system between China and France, analyze their similar and different aspects and draw lessons from France' s good experience for reforming and improving our country's criminal investigation system.
