摘　　要： 诱惑侦查手段在盗窃犯罪案件侦查中应当有用武之地,但必须是针对严重盗窃犯罪并且满足可能性、必要性和合法性等条件,不能滥用。这种手段主要包括通过应邀"辅助"盗窃实施诱惑侦查、通过"提供"赃物处理渠道进行诱惑侦查及以通过设置盗窃目标和时空条件进行诱惑侦查等几种类型。不同形态的诱惑侦查,操作方法有差别,侦查主体应根据具体案情灵活运用。 The means of trapping investigation is expected to be effective in investigating larceny cases as long as directing at serious crimes and in terms of fitting for possibility, necessity and validity. It can't be abused. It falls into such categories as implementing trapping investigation on invitation of 'assistance' theft, carrying out trapping investigation by 'supplying' channel of stolen goods treatment as well as investigating through setting up stealing target and time-space conditions etc. Different forms of trapping investigation have different operating methods, the investigating subject should apply actively according to specified cases.
