摘　　要： 意大利 1988年刑事诉讼法典的制定与颁布标志着该国由审问式侦查模式向对抗式侦查模式的根本转变 ,如此激进的改革备受世人瞩目 ,考察意大利刑事侦查制度改革的内容及其运作实践 ,从中探索具有普遍性和共同性的规律 。 Criminal procedural code legislated and issued by Italy in 1988 symbolized radical changes from inquisitional model of criminal investigation to adversary model of criminal investigation, and this violent changes make people pay attention to it. Observing and studying content and practice of Italy's criminal investigation system reform and probing it's regularity, which is helpful for our country's criminal investigation system reform and improvement.
