摘 要: 本文从高职教育公共英语课程的定位出发,以生态化课程理论和需求分析理论为依据,借助基于工作过程系统化的课程开发思路,构建符合各方需求的生态化课程体系。我们通过问卷、访谈等方式,对学生的英语学习需求、企事业单位目标岗位的用人需求以及各专业人才培养需求进行调研。根据各方需求,培养学生的职业核心能力,提升学生的职业可持续发展能力。 In accordance with the course orientation of General English in Vocational College and with the help of course development model of Working Process Systematization,the paper aims to build ecological curriculum system that meets all needs on the basis of Eco-curriculum and Requirements Analysis Theories.we investigate different kinds of needs including students’learning needs and employment needs and the needs of talent cultivation through questionnaires and interviews.According different kinds of individual needs,we are going to cultivate the professional core competence and to improve the sustainable capacity of higher vocational education.
